Nesta quarta-feira (10), a Secretaria de Mobilidade e Infraestrutura (Semobi) concluiu a remoção das cabines da antiga praça de pedágio da Terceira Ponte. O processo, iniciado menos de um mês atrás após anúncio do governador Renato Casagrande em suas redes sociais, estava inicialmente planejado para 45 dias, mas foi finalizado em apenas 23 dias, sem incidentes ou contratempos. Nos próximos dias, o Governo pretende avançar com a remoção das cabines na Rodovia do Sol, em Guarapari.
O secretário de Estado de Mobilidade e Infraestrutura, Fábio Damasceno, destacou que as obras foram realizadas sem interrupção do trânsito, atendendo a uma demanda da população. “Desde dezembro, quando encerrou a concessão anterior, houve questionamentos sobre a permanência dessas estruturas. Atendemos essa demanda de forma organizada e eficiente, e iremos aplicar a mesma eficiência na remoção das cabines em Guarapari”, afirmou Damasceno.
Além da remoção, a Semobi está trabalhando em um projeto de reorganização viária das antigas praças de pedágio. O objetivo é ajustar o fluxo de veículos na área de acesso à Terceira Ponte, no km 0, beneficiando pedestres e ciclistas. Este projeto de longo prazo também inclui melhorias no paisagismo e na iluminação pública, visando proporcionar um ambiente mais seguro para todos os usuários.
