A família da jornalista Mônica Siqueira teve uma surpresa desagradável quando tentou fazer a inscrição para o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem). Moradora de Brasília, a filha dela, ainda menor de idade, quer fazer a prova como forma de treinamento, mesmo antes de concluir o ensino médio.
Ao tentar fazer a inscrição na última quinta-feira (30), ela usou o Google para pesquisar o endereço da página de inscrição e encontrou um site que se passava pelo oficial. Era, no entanto, uma página falsa.
“Eu olhei e estava direitinho o design, o layout. A página era igual, estava escrito ‘Inscrição Enem 2024’, tinha o robozinho (chat de inteligência artificial) que ensina o passo a passo”, lembra Mônica, destacando as semelhanças.
Ao seguir o procedimento e informando alguns dados, a estudante chegou à página da cobrança de R$ 85, que oferecia a opção de pagamento por boleto ou pix. Mônica fez o pagamento, inclusive com pequeno desconto, por ter escolhido a opção pix.
Sem receber qualquer email de confirmação, mãe e filha passaram a desconfiar de que se tratava de um golpe. Inclusive, a filha notou que o site da suposta inscrição sequer perguntou se a prova seria feita por participante “treineiro”, que é o caso dela, ou “para valer”.
Após buscar mais informações com amigos e nas redes sociais, Mônica viu relatos parecidos e entendeu que realmente tinha sido vítima de uma enganação.
Para ela, além da questão financeira, o golpe é um prejuízo para a educação. “Pessoas que podem não perceber que caíram no golpe e achar que estão inscritas”.
Sem contar, acrescenta ela, que para muitas pessoas, é um dinheiro que faz falta. “Pessoas que estão em situação de vulnerabilidade e estão conseguindo dinheiro para poder fazer o Enem, isso é muito grave”.
Site derrubado
Nas redes sociais, há relatos semelhantes nos últimos dias de pessoas que quase foram enganadas ou que caíram no golpe. O site relatado é o mesmo, inscricao-2024.com, que já foi retirado do ar. Usuários citam que o link aparece em forma de anúncio no Google.
O caso está sendo investigado pela Polícia Federal. O Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), autarquia do Ministério da Educação responsável pelo Enem, reforçou nas redes sociais que a inscrição para o exame deve ser feita exclusivamente pelo endereço enem.inep.gov.br/participante.
“Após a realização da inscrição, o sistema gerará um boleto do Banco do Brasil para o pagamento da taxa. Esse boleto só é disponibilizado ao inscrito após acesso ao sistema do exame por meio do login único do Gov.br.”, alerta.
Aliás, outra diferença para o site fraudulento é que as inscrições corretas podem ser pagas por cartão de crédito e débito e não apenas por boleto e pix.
Procurada pela Agência Brasil neste sábado (1º), a Polícia Federal informou que “não se manifesta sobre eventuais investigações em andamento”.
Também procurada pela Agência Brasil, a Google informou que adota políticas rígidas que delimitam a forma como pessoas e empresas podem anunciar produtos por meio do Google Ads, a plataforma de anúncios do site de buscas.
“Quando identificamos uma violação às nossas políticas, agimos imediatamente suspendendo o anúncio e, até mesmo, bloqueando a conta do anunciante”, diz o comunicado.
Ainda segundo a empresa, em 2023 foram bloqueados ou removidos, globalmente, 5,5 bilhões de anúncios e 12,7 milhões de contas por violações às políticas da companhia.
“Se algum consumidor suspeitar ou for vítima de golpe, oferecemos uma ferramenta para denunciar violações de nossas políticas”, finaliza. As denúncias podem ser feitas neste endereço.
Provas
As inscrições para o Enem 2024 estão abertas até 7 de junho (estudantes do Rio Grande do Sul terão o prazo ampliado, por causa da calamidade causada pela chuva). A taxa é de R$ 85 e deve ser paga até 12 de junho. O prazo para solicitar isenção terminou em abril. As provas serão nos dias 3 e 10 de novembro, nas 27 unidades da Federação.
Além de avaliar o desempenho escolar dos estudantes ao término da educação básica, o Enem se tornou a principal porta de entrada para a educação superior no Brasil, por meio do Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu), empregado por universidades públicas, e de iniciativas como o Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni) e o Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies), utilizado por faculdades particulares.
