A Receita Federal divulgou que até às 13 horas da última quinta-feira (23), foram entregues 30.057.783 Declarações do Imposto de Renda 2024. A meta prevista é de 43 milhões de declarações até o final do prazo, que se encerra na sexta, dia 31 de maio, às 23h59. Ou seja, são mais de 10 milhões de contribuintes atrasados com a entrega. Segundo a contadora e consultora Tributária e de Benefícios Fiscais, Emanueli Cristini, além dos atrasados que deixam mesmo tudo para última hora, muitos dos contribuintes que ainda precisam entregar o IRPF e possuem dúvidas, enquadram-se nas situações listadas abaixo.
Aposentados
Os aposentados que ultrapassaram o limite de isenção estão necessariamente na lista obrigatória de entrega da declaração de IRPF. Os aposentados maiores de 65 anos possuem o limite de isenção ampliado, passa de R$ 1903,98 mensais para R$ 4543, 28. Pensionistas que recebem o benefício por morte também se enquadram nessa regra.
Motoristas de aplicativo
Para os motoristas de aplicativo, vale dizer que as operadoras, a exemplo de Uber e 99, já disponibilizam os informes de rendimentos onde constam a parcela isenta e a parcela tributável do Imposto. Se a soma de todos os aplicativos ultrapassarem R$30639,90, o motorista precisa entregar a declaração.
Locatários
Quem recebe rendimentos de aluguel, inclusive de aplicativos, também são obrigados a declarar o Imposto de Renda, que pode ser realizado mensalmente, através do Carnê Leão, se o rendimento ultrapassar o valor de R$ 1903,98.
Profissionais autônomos
Profissionais autônomos e independentes precisam declarar mensalmente, através do Carnê Leão. Só dessa forma conseguirão reduzir o valor do imposto devido, pois as despesas para a prestação de serviços, como aluguel, luz e Internet, por exemplo, podem ser deduzidas no Carnê Leão. Nesse caso, é importante ter um contador para realizar essa declaração de forma correta.
Bolsistas
Em geral, bolsas de estudos são rendimentos isentos, mas essa regra não se aplica para os casos de Bolsa de Residência Médica, que é um rendimento tributável para efeitos do Imposto de Renda.
Não obrigatórios, mas indicado para preservar rendimentos!
Mesmo que não seja obrigatório, há algumas indicações, segundo a especialista, que fazem com que o contribuinte preserve seus rendimentos. São elas:
– Investidores de bolsa de valores, especialmente os de day trade (negociação iniciada e encerrada no mesmo dia), que obtiveram prejuízo, senão não conseguem compensar o prejuízo, ou seja, perdem mais dinheiro.
– Produtor rural que teve resultado negativo durante o ano de 2023 não é obrigado a declarar, mas é indicado que o faça a fim de compensar o valor do prejuízo.
– Quem teve em algum mês, o Imposto de Renda retido na fonte, mas no total anual não ultrapassou os R$ 30.639,90, recomenda-se que faça a declaração com o intuito de receber a restituição.
Outras mudanças gerais para ficar atento!
Até o ano passado, estava obrigado a entregar a declaração as pessoas que recebiam a partir de R$28.559,70 anual. Em 2024, esse valor passou a ser de R$30.639,90. “Também tivemos outros limites alterados como o de rendimentos isentos e não tributáveis, que deixa de ser R$ 40 mil e passa a ser de R$200 mil, atualizado pela inflação. Outra mudança significativa foi o limite da posse ou propriedade de bens e direitos, que passou de R$300 mil para R$800 mil, valor também atualizado pela inflação”, detalha.
Um ponto importante a ser ressaltado, segundo a contadora, é que esse limite de dedução de R$30.639,90 pode incluir as pessoas que ganharam dois salários mínimos em 2023. “Isso não significa que elas precisem pagar o imposto, mas estão obrigadas a entregar a declaração”, completa.
Outra mudança importante foi a alteração na obrigatoriedade voltada para o Produtor Rural. Até o ano passado, o limite de Receita Bruta do produtor era de R$14.3798,50 e agora passa a ser R$153.199,50. E embora houvesse especulações de que os limites de dedução com saúde e educação sofreriam alterações, estes permanecem os mesmos, sendo limite indefinido para saúde e com educação de R$3.561,50.
