A inflação desacelerou para as famílias de baixa e muito baixa renda em julho, mas voltou a subir para as demais faixas de renda em comparação a junho, conforme aponta o Indicador Ipea de Inflação por Faixa de Renda, divulgado nesta quarta-feira (14) pelo Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea) no Rio de Janeiro.
De acordo com os dados do Ipea, a taxa de inflação para as famílias de renda alta foi de 0,80% no mês passado, em contraste com 0,04% em junho. Para as famílias de renda muito baixa e baixa, as taxas foram, respectivamente, de 0,09% e 0,18%, apresentando uma queda em relação aos 0,29% registrados em junho.
Entre as famílias de renda muito baixa, a taxa de inflação acumulada em 12 meses é a mais baixa, com 4,05%, enquanto a faixa de renda alta apresenta a taxa mais alta, de 5,09%.
O grupo alimentos e bebidas foi o principal fator para a desaceleração inflacionária em todas as faixas de renda, devido à queda de preços em 10 dos 16 segmentos que compõem esse grupo.
Deflações significativas em itens como cereais (-0,77%), tubérculos (-16,3%), frutas (-2,8%), aves e ovos (-0,65%) e leites e derivados (-0,41%) proporcionaram um alívio inflacionário considerável, especialmente para as famílias de menor poder aquisitivo, que gastam uma parte maior de seu orçamento com esses produtos.
Por outro lado, os aumentos de 1,9% no preço da energia elétrica, devido à bandeira tarifária amarela, e de 1,2% no gás de botijão contribuíram para o aumento da inflação no grupo habitação, impactando principalmente as famílias de renda baixa.
Famílias de renda alta foram mais afetadas pelos aumentos de 3,3% nos combustíveis, 4,4% no seguro veicular e 19,4% nas passagens aéreas, que contribuíram significativamente para o aumento da inflação no grupo transportes. O aumento nos serviços pessoais (0,55%) e no lazer (0,52%) também pressionou a inflação para esse segmento de maior renda.
Comparando julho de 2024 com o mesmo mês de 2023, a inflação aumentou para todas as faixas de renda, com o impacto mais acentuado entre as famílias de renda muito baixa, que viram uma inflação de 0,09% em julho deste ano, em comparação com uma deflação de 0,28% no mesmo mês de 2023.
O Ipea observa que, apesar da melhora no desempenho dos preços dos alimentos no domicílio, com uma deflação de 1,5% em julho de 2024 em comparação a 0,72% em julho de 2023, o aumento da inflação corrente é em grande parte devido à piora nos grupos habitação e artigos de residência, além de uma deflação menos intensa no grupo vestuário. Os aumentos nos preços da energia elétrica (1,9%) e do gás de botijão (1,2%) em 2024 foram bem superiores às quedas observadas em 2023: -3,9% e -1,0%, respectivamente. Para o grupo artigos de residência, o reajuste de 0,62% nos preços dos produtos eletroeletrônicos em julho de 2024 contrastou com a queda de 0,29% em 2023. No grupo vestuário, a deflação de 0,02% em julho de 2024 foi menor do que a deflação de 0,24% observada no mesmo período de 2023.
A inflação acumulada em 12 meses até julho de 2024 mostra que todas as faixas de renda registraram uma aceleração. Em termos absolutos, o segmento de renda baixa apresenta a menor taxa de inflação (4,1%), enquanto a faixa de renda alta tem a taxa mais alta (5,1%).
