A Intenção de Consumo das Famílias (ICF) registrou uma queda de 0,3% em setembro, conforme divulgado nesta segunda-feira (23) pela Confederação Nacional do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo (CNC). Os pesquisadores atribuem essa redução à piora nas perspectivas profissionais, que caiu 0,4%, e no acesso ao crédito, que teve uma retração de 1,3%.
A pesquisa revelou que a queda foi mais acentuada entre famílias de maior renda e o público masculino, indicando uma deterioração nas percepções sobre o mercado de trabalho e o consumo futuro.
Apesar da diminuição, o ICF permanece em 103,1 pontos, acima do nível de satisfação e representando o maior patamar desde março, quando alcançou 104,1 pontos. Embora tenha havido um aumento de 0,4% na avaliação sobre o emprego atual, o cenário de desaceleração na criação de empregos e a incerteza econômica resultaram em uma queda de 0,4% nas perspectivas profissionais. José Roberto Tadros, presidente do Sistema CNC-Sesc-Senac, destacou que a cautela das famílias persiste: “O saldo positivo do mercado de trabalho anima os consumidores no curto prazo, mas a cautela quanto ao futuro permanece.”
A CNC também observou que o Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados (Caged) de julho mostrou um aumento no número de assalariados, com crescimento acumulado de 3,9% nos últimos 12 meses.
Acesso ao Crédito
A pesquisa também apontou que o mercado de crédito foi impactado pela pressão inflacionária e incertezas fiscais, tornando-se mais restrito, o que contribuiu para a queda de 1,3% na satisfação com o acesso ao crédito. A Pesquisa de Endividamento e Inadimplência do Consumidor (Peic), também divulgada pela CNC, revelou um aumento no número de famílias inadimplentes em agosto, afetando negativamente a avaliação sobre a compra de bens duráveis, que caiu 1%.
Felipe Tavares, economista-chefe da CNC, enfatizou que o crédito se tornou menos acessível: “Com o cenário desafiador para o crédito e o aumento da inadimplência, o mercado se tornou menos acessível, especialmente para famílias de renda mais alta, que apresentam maior retração na intenção de consumo.”
Em setembro, a intenção de consumo das famílias com renda acima de 10 salários-mínimos caiu 0,8%, enquanto nas de menor renda a queda foi de 0,2%. A perspectiva de consumo teve uma retração mais significativa entre as famílias de maior renda (2,5%) em comparação com as de menor renda (0,6%). A CNC destacou que essa discrepância também se refletiu nas avaliações sobre o emprego atual, com uma queda de 0,3% entre as famílias de maior renda e um aumento de 0,8% entre as de menor renda.
Diferenças de Gênero
A pesquisa revelou que as mulheres apresentaram uma intenção de consumo superior, com um avanço anual de 1,6%, enquanto os homens enfrentaram uma queda de 0,3%. Esse padrão foi observado também na satisfação com o emprego atual, que cresceu 3,3% entre as mulheres, em contraste com apenas 0,3% entre os homens. A perspectiva profissional também apresentou diferenças, com uma queda mais acentuada entre os homens (5,4%) e uma redução de 2,4% entre as mulheres.
Em setembro, as mulheres tiveram um aumento de 1,7% em relação ao mesmo mês do ano passado, enquanto os homens registraram uma queda de 0,2%. A CNC sugere que a crescente dificuldade dos homens em quitar suas dívidas, como indicado pela Peic, pode ter contribuído para esse cenário, resultando em uma queda de 4,2% na perspectiva de consumo masculino, em comparação a 2,6% no público feminino. “Esse otimismo entre as mulheres reflete um mercado de trabalho e crédito ligeiramente mais favorável para elas, enquanto os homens enfrentam maiores desafios nos próximos meses”, concluiu Felipe Tavares.
