O capixaba está cada vez mais otimista para comprar produtos e adquirir serviços. O Índice de Intenção de Consumo das Famílias (ICF), que já havia apontado aumento em agosto, apresentou novo crescimento em setembro. O indicador subiu tanto na análise entre agosto e setembro deste ano quanto na comparação de setembro de 2024 e o mesmo mês de 2023, com valores sempre acima da média brasileira.
As informações são do Connect Fecomércio-ES (Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Espírito Santo), com base nos dados do ICF, divulgados pela Confederação Nacional do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo (CNC).
O ICF avalia a disposição das famílias em relação ao consumo de bens e serviços, refletindo seu nível de satisfação ou insatisfação nas áreas de emprego, renda e capacidade de consumo.
O levantamento mostrou que a intenção de consumo das famílias no estado registrou um aumento de 1,6% em setembro em relação a agosto, superando a média nacional, que subiu 0,9%. Com isso, o indicador capixaba atingiu 109,6 pontos, enquanto o brasileiro chegou a 103,1. Ainda sobre o Espírito Santo, ao comparar o dado de setembro deste ano com o do mesmo mês de 2023, houve avanço de 0,8%. Já no Brasil, esse crescimento foi de 0,5%.
De acordo com a coordenadora do Observatório do Comércio, o Connect Fecomércio-ES, Ana Carolina Júlio, ao avaliar os subíndices que compõem o ICF, o destaque fica para o de “Acesso ao crédito”, que cresceu 4,5% entre agosto e setembro, e “Avaliação do momento para a compra de bens duráveis”, que subiu 4%. Praticamente todos os indicadores aumentaram, exceto o de “Perspectivas de consumo”.
“O subíndice ‘Segurança em relação ao emprego atual’ foi o que apresentou a maior pontuação (133,9 pontos), refletindo o aquecimento do mercado de trabalho capixaba, seguido por ‘Satisfação com a renda atual’ (128,1 pontos). Destaca-se ainda que cinco dos sete desses indicadores que resultam no ICF encontram-se acima do nível de satisfação, que é de 100 pontos. É importante entender que a segurança no emprego é um fator relevante no ICF, já que a estabilidade no serviço oferece maior confiança para assumir compromissos financeiros de longo prazo, reduzindo o risco de inadimplência e aumentando a disposição para fazer compras de maior valor”, destacou Ana Carolina.
Outra análise necessária, segundo a coordenadora do Connect Fecomércio-ES, é sobre o acesso ao crédito. Embora facilitado pela redução nas taxas de juros para pessoas físicas, ele ainda é utilizado com cautela, especialmente no financiamento de bens com preços elevados.
“Isso se reflete no subíndice de compra de bens duráveis, que permanece abaixo do nível de satisfação, com 73,5 pontos. Apesar da confiança em seus empregos, as famílias capixabas ainda demonstram hesitação em comprometer suas finanças com esses itens, em grande parte devido ao grau elevado de endividamento, ou seja, de comprometimento da renda futura, especialmente com cartão de crédito por pessoas que recebem até 10 salários mínimos (R$ 14.120)”, explicou.
